The location is just a short stroll from the clubhouse which offers a pro shop, gymnasium, bar, and restaurant with spectacular views from the terrace.As you step into this newly built townhome, you are invited to an open sunlit floor plan with elegant and modern furnishings including a comfortable sleeper sofa and two accent chairs. The six-seat dining table and the three-seat breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen are where you and your loved ones can gather for home-cooked meals and plan out the day's adventures. A private patio with a six-seat table and two patio chairs is the perfect place to enjoy Florida's sunshine and warm weather on your vacation. On the second floor, you can find all three bedrooms including a king-sized suite with an adjoining bathroom, an additional king-sized bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin-sized beds. A full-sized washer and dryer are also available on this level for any laundry needs and a shared family bathroom.
