Our 5,500 square foot, 4 bedroom, 5.5 bath, custom home is situated in the exclusive gated Castle Rock neighborhood only 4 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and 24 miles from historic downtown Durango. The home is the very last home in the neighborhood and sits on 5 acres and backs up to 1000s of acres of National Forest offering unparalleled privacy and seclusion - yet close proximity to the abundant activities that Durango offers. The brand new home has been outfitted to be the ultimate vacation rental with a private hot tub, theatre, game room, multiple covered decks with the main deck having awesome views, gas fire pit and an outdoor dining table that seats 12. Of course, the typical amenities such as BBQ Grill, WIFI, washer/dryer, 2 car garage are also included. The home features Starlink WIFI with average internet speeds of around 100mbs and there are TVs in each King Bedroom. Although access to the house is via a paved road - 4WD/AWD with winter tires is REQUIRED, especially during winter storms. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King (Main Floor) with en suite bathroom 2nd Master Bedroom - King (Bottom Floor) with en suite bathroom 3rd Bedroom - King (Main floor) with en suite bathroom 4th Bedroom - 4 sets of bunk beds (Single over double) (bottom floor) The residence is not pet friendly. Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Years holiday). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
