CLEANING: SkyRun is performing rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant. SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: While private hot tubs remain open, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. Only a few shared pool/hot tub areas are open. Welcome to 6508 Settlers Creek Townhome - a magnificent 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome with multiple levels, a private two car garage and sweeping views out of every window! This luxury townhome is over 1,700 square feet and sleeps up to 8 people! The numerous unique amenities include; a serene back patio outfitted with four swivel chairs and a private BBQ grill, two additional balconies with views of the surrounding mountains and upgraded furniture and finishes throughout!The ground level of this beautiful home has a two car private garage with ample space to store ski gear and recreational equipment. Inside there's a large mudroom with stone floors and a large closet; perfect for getting ready to hit the slopes or to drop coats, shoes, helmets and extra luggage. There's also a full size washer and dryer on this level.Upstairs is the main living level, a bathroom and two guest bedrooms. The airy living space has an open dining room and kitchen perfect for entertaining or having a family dinner. The nearly floor to ceiling windows throughout the living area really give this property the WOW factor! The kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances, a wine chiller and granite countertops which the family chef will appreciate! There's a nice breakfast bar with two swivel chairs and the dining area has a small balcony off of it. The dining table seats 8 and is perched in front of huge windows that bring the outside in. The guest room has a comfy queen bed, a tv, a nice closet and an attached standard bathroom. There's also a balcony off this bedroom! The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, a tv, a walk in closet and a huge ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a large jetted tub and a glass-wrapped oversized stall shower. There's also a duel sink vanity in the bathroom and a separate water closet. The impeccable accommodations don't just stop at the townhome, Settlers Creek features the exclusive Minnie's Cabin pool and hot tub area. This year-round outdoor pool is heated and there's a cabin clubhouse too! The free Keystone Shuttle bus picks up only 30 seconds away from this townhome every 20 minutes, making getting to the slopes incredibly convenient!   • Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from this Property Manager.. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. We are SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
