A longer walk or short drive away, you will find Historic Downtown Littleton, a walkable area with shops, restaurants, and bars. Breckenridge Brewery and Carboy Winery are also nearby attractions, along with the Platte River trail and open space, which provides miles of trails for cycling, running, or walking along the Platte River. The entire main level, patio, yard, and firepit are available for our guests. There is a small studio unit behind the detached garage that may be occupied during your stay. The property owner maintains living space in the basement but is rarely present during guest stays. All areas are completely independent, ensuring privacy for our guests. No pets are allowed at this property. Due to the owner's severe allergies, we kindly ask guests with service animals to consider alternative accommodations.
