Our beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers comfortable and stylish accommodations in a prime location. It's the perfect home base for a memorable getaway, just minutes from parks, museums, shops, and restaurants. As you step into the foyer, you’ll be welcomed by an inviting open-concept layout. To your left, the cozy living room features a fireplace, while the dining area and kitchen sit seamlessly to your right. This airy design creates a bright, welcoming atmosphere and keeps everyone connected. For entertainment, the living room and both bedrooms have smart TVs with Sling Cable and an HD antenna. You can also log into your favorite streaming services to keep up with your shows and movies. To make your stay even more comfortable, a dedicated study offers two workspaces with a large desk and chairs. The same room includes a washer and dryer, allowing you to catch up on work while doing laundry. High-speed internet ensures smooth streaming and uninterrupted connectivity. During warmer months, step outside to enjoy the beautiful Colorado days. Fire up the gas BBQ grill, relax on the patio furniture, and gather around the fire pit for a perfect evening outdoors. You will be within walking distance of two amazing parks, the Littleton Public Library and the Littleton Historic Museum. Gallup Park is two houses away, with tennis courts, a playground, and soccer fields. Ketring Park/Ketring Lake is next to Gallup Park and is perfect for walking or jogging. The park even hosts regular craft fairs that you can attend when you stay at our home. Littleton Museum is integrated between the two parks and has a working 1870s/1890s farm complete with a blacksmith shop, farm animals, and a pumpkin patch. A longer walk or short drive away, you will find Historic Downtown Littleton, a walkable area with shops, restaurants, and bars. Breckenridge Brewery and Carboy Winery are also nearby attractions, along with the Platte River trail and open space, which provides miles of trails for cycling, running, or walking along the Platte River. The entire main level, patio, yard, and firepit are available for our guests. There is a small studio unit behind the detached garage that may be occupied during your stay. The property owner maintains living space in the basement but is rarely present during guest stays. All areas are completely independent, ensuring privacy for our guests. No pets are allowed at this property. Due to the owner's severe allergies, we kindly ask guests with service animals to consider alternative accommodations. We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies. Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.   • Quick Snap Shot: Our beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers comfortable and stylish accommodations in a prime location. It's the perfect home base for a memorable getaway, just minutes from parks, museums, shops, and restaurants.

  • 1. CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4 p.m. MST AND CHECK-OUT TIME is 10 a.m. MST. No early check-ins. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time. 2. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Note that the maximum occupancy allowed is noted at the top of this document. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy. You will be charged $25 per day per person if you exceed the maximum occupancy (children 5 and under do not count towards the maximum occupancy). 3. SUPPLIES: Upon arrival, the property will have several days supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent (if applicable), bar soap, shampoo and liquid hand soap in the kitchen. If you are missing supplies upon arrival, please contact us. If you run out during your stay, please purchase more as required. 4. CLEANING FEE: A departure cleaning fee has been charged. However, if the property is left exceptionally dirty/trashed and additional cleaning time is required beyond the norm, you will be charged for the additional time. Please ensure that all dishes are put in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher the morning you depart. In addition, please start a load of towels the morning you depart. 5. NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property (marijuana or tobacco) and pets are not permitted, unless the home is pet friendly, and the $25/day pet fee (Max $150) has been paid. Please note the maximum number of pets is two (2). Please do not bring more than two pets and please clean up after your pets. 6. MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to anyone under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 7. EVENTS: Events such as weddings, reunions, rehearsal dinners or any type of gathering of more then 150% of the properties sleeping occupancy are not allowed without prior written authorization from the Property Manager. 8. WEAPONS: To ensure the safety of all of our guests, guns are forbidden on the property at all times, even if the guests has a concealed-carry permit. 9. INDEMNIFICATION: Guest agrees to indemnify and hold the Homeowner and Property Manager harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by Guest or parties invited onto the property by Guest.
