This property is located on a fairly busy street right across the street from campus which means you may hear a bit of action on the street or experience the train which runs through the center of town. The train runs through the history and economy of Fort Collins and is an integral part of what Fort Collins is today.
Guest access: Whole-home (lower level) and backyard, BBQ, firepit, hammocks, 2 free cruiser bikes (cruiser bikes are shared with the upper unit as well. These are on a first-come/first-serve basis). The city also has a bike-share program if needed. Download the pace bike app to rent bikes and find the station nearest you!
Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... we require you to enter a minimum of "5" guests at the property check out screen in order to assign the minimum pet fee of $19 per night. Also, please enter "5" or more guests if you would like us to drop off the air mattress and extra sheets. Thank you!
