• STARTER SUPPLIES: 1 Dish sponge, 1 Paper towel, 1 Dish detergent, 1 Extra trash bags, 1 Dishwashing capsules, 1 Toilet paper roll per bath We don't leave any extra condiments. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. OTHERS THINGS TO NOTE: No street parking, High chair, Pack and Play (Free upon request), BBQ grill rental (Fee), Pool & Spa (Heat Fee) All confirmed bookings will receive a booking confirmation letter by email with booking details, check in instructions (including door access codes, and gate procedure), and emergency numbers for after hours. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or get in contact with our office as this is essential for check in! No RV or trailers, no smoking, no parties or events. Guest arrival process: When guests arrive they will check in at the clubhouse. The primary guest will need to provide their reservation with stay dates, property address, number of guests in the party, an ID, a picture of their vehicle's license plate, and their phone number. The front desk staff will record their information and provide car passes (maximum of 5). The guest will then pay the resort fee. Front desk staff will then issue the guest the amenity access card and the number of wrist bands equal to the party size listed on their reservation. If guests arrive after clubhouse hours, the guard gate staff will collect their reservation information and issue car passes. The guest will then need to visit the clubhouse the next day to pay their resort fee and be issued the amenity access card and wrist bands. *Please note: Wrist bands will change every Monday, guests staying for multiple weeks will need to visit the clubhouse each Monday and present their access card to receive that week's wrist bands.
