They share the bathroom with a large shower. This home is perfect to enjoy the evening outside in the patio with seating and an outdoor shower for cleaning off after the beach. The front porch is covered has features Adirondack chairs. There is also a private driveway that leads to covered parking. This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that offers completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 years old and stay the entire stay, however, if any guests (other than the reservation holder) are under the age of 25 years old, we will require an additional deposit and photo ID.Thank you!
