The Master suite bathroom offers convenience to the couple for having 02 sinks and shower (with bathtub). Smart TV set with NO Cable Channels but you can use to watch any streaming services you might have such as Netflix. - 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds. TV available with cable channels - Great for those who want to make the most of their time during their vacation in Orlando, the bathroom next to the 3rd and 4th bedroom has 2 doors and 2 sinks. This allows everyone to be ready for the parks or a day of shopping in less time because one of the doors creates a separation between the shower (box) and sinks, i.e. as one person takes a shower, others may use the 2 sinks to continue getting ready and / or applying makeup. - Washer and Dryer are located on the 2nd floor providing greater convenience. It is $35/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes sometime to warm and that is turned ON, the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors in which we have no control of. The pool heater is set at 88F. If you request pool to be heated after your check-in, we cannot guarantee we can turn it ON (24 hours advance notice required) and even if so it is not guarantee water will heat enough during the remaining of your stay. Pool heater runs 12 hours a day usually from 8AM until 8PM. No Refunds if water does not warm up as you wished. If a SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tube and so whatever pool water temperature is, the SPA will be.
