Our home is extensively sanitized between stays. Come and enjoy! Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures. Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high. Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation fee. Smoking is permitted in front of the building on the sidewalk. Quiet Hours between 10 pm and 8 am. Check-in Any time After 4 pm. If Pets are allowed, there will be a Per Pet Per Day fee specific to this property If you have any needs or issues, you agree to message us through Airbnb No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays - this includes "social gatherings" of any definition or reason. Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation No Loud music We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum handling fee of $50, plus cost of shipping for anything you request being returned. Requests must be made with 7 days. Outside of 7 days, items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host. Mail service not supported. All packages will be rejected.
