**Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Our 2,500 square foot residence was built in 2018 and features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is located just 3 miles from downtown Durango and 27 miles (30 minutes) from Purgatory Ski Resort. This home is in one of the nicest residential settings in the Durango area and features amazing views to the north over the Animas Valley - yet is just minutes from downtown Durango. At an elevation of 7,000 feet, enjoy an alpine setting with exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience. The house features central AC and high end finishes you would expect in a brand new custom home while the generously equipped gourmet kitchen features gas stove, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Please note that the 4th bedroom is located over the garage and is access via a separate entrance. This bedroom does not have AC, but does have a ceiling fan and screens for the windows and door. There is also box fan to keep the room cool during the summer months. A vehicle is stored in the garage. One parking spot is available in the garage. There is also room to park two more cars in the driveway. Bed Configuration: Master - King (TV) Main Level 2nd - Queen (TV) Main Level 3rd - Queen (TV) Main Level 4th - Queen and single Blow up mattress with pump - (Located over the garage via a separate entrance). This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
