Mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense. •Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.
