TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MINDFLEXIBLE CANCELLATION: Here at SkyRun, we know this is a strange time filled with uncertainty. This is why we are offering a flexible change and cancellation policy. CLEANING: SkyRun is performing rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant. SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: While private hot tubs remain open, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. Only a few shared pool/hot tub areas are open. This townhome is ideally located in the heart of Keystone Resort just outside River Run Village! Recent upgrades including new flooring, Entire kitchen upgrade complete fall of 2020! It's perfectly positioned to enjoy both the quiet and serene surroundings and all of the excitement of the nearby bars, restaurants, shopping and of course skiing! From the front door of the property you are a only a short 3 minute walk on the pedestrian path through the pines to the entrance of River Run! Heading west, you'll enjoy the two outdoor community hot tubs that are about a 30 second walk from the townhome. A bit further, right outside the community, you'll find the popular Snake River Saloon featuring fine and casual dining as well as live bands and great nightlife. Inside this home are just as many exciting amenities, likes a heated one car garage, cathedral ceilings and a pleasant open living space. Two sofas and a large flat screen tv adorn the living room next to the gorgeous gas fireplace. The dining table backs up to a small breakfast bar with additional seating for 3 and an open kitchen. Down the hall is the Master and guest bedrooms, laundry, garage and the second bathroom. The guest room features double sized bunk beds and a large sunny window, as well as flat screen HD TV. Right next door is the master suite. This large room also has a nearly floor to ceiling window, a queen bed, flat screen HD TV and an ensuite bathroom.   • Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from this Property Manager.. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. We are SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
