Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King Bed 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed Living Room - Queen Sleeper Sofa Please note that this row home has multiple levels and stairs, making it less suitable for those with mobility concerns or difficulties with stairs. We want to ensure a comfortable living situation for all guests. We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies. This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet. For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense. Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.
