CLEANING: SkyRun is performing rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant. SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: While private hot tubs remain open, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. Only a few shared pool/hot tub areas are open. Our newest 3 bedroom in Quicksilver; this unit boasts generous amounts of natural light, has fully renovated bathrooms, and plenty of space for you and your family during your next adventure in Keystone. Quicksilver is a wonderful complex which includes an indoor pool and hot tub, access to laundry facilities, walking distance to Keystone Gas and Gro, and it is on the free shuttle route. This condo has gorgeous, new floors throughout the unit (laminate and carpet). The spacious layout will allow you to enjoy quality time with friends and family in comfort and with ease. The dining room features a new dining table which can seat up to 6 people. Enjoy several comfortable furnishings in the living room in front of the gas fireplace during the chilly winter months. The living room is right off of the nice deck which overlooks open space in Quicksilver. During the summer months, enjoy warm days out on the patio, listening to the birds and enjoying your morning coffee. The kitchen features plenty of storage and counter space, so you can make your favorite home-cooked meals while you're away from home. If there is something you may need for a meal that is not supplied in the condo, just give our office a call and we will be happy to bring you what you need. The bathrooms have both been updated with gorgeous granite counter-tops, brand new appliances, and modern lighting fixtures. The first bedroom features two twin-sized beds. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a comfortable chair to enjoy a nice book during your downtime. The master bedroom features plenty of space, a queen-sized bed, and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom is remodeled with a gorgeous new shower and nice, new appliances. House Rules

  • Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from this Property Manager.. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. We are SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
