See details below.**** We are taking special steps to prepare our home for your stay by adhering to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance on cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our normal rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the CDC’s protocols, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and hosting your stay. STR Permit #2020-1034 Our 2,000 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, custom home sits on 3/4 of an acre and is situated 1 mile from the heart of downtown Ouray and features awe inspiring mountain views from almost every window. Relax in the hot tub with morning coffee or evening cocktail while gazing into the magnificent Uncompahgre River valley all the way to the Ouray Amphitheater. Take a short walk along the river trail to the famous Ouray Natural Hot Springs Pool, excellent Ouray art galleries, or delectable dining options. There are hiking trails within two blocks and the home is the perfect base-camp for off-roading, climbing, fishing, skiing, relaxing, or other mountain adventures. The gourmet kitchen features a natural gas Thermodor Professional range, grill top, griddle and double oven. New TVs were recently installed in the Main Living Space and all 3 bedrooms and have all Direct TV channels available. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
