This street is so quiet and peaceful the loudest sound is the ice cubes clinking in your glass as you sit on the lanai soaking up the sun. The house sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two twins, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. On the lanai, the table and chairs above the pool look out over the seemingly endless canal behind the house, where you’ll be greeted by the passing dolphins and manatees. No tropical lanai is complete without a gas grill so you can barbeque up some lunch or dinner. Or maybe lunch and dinner, since you won’t be in any hurry to leave the sun-drenched lanai, heated pool (no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk), or spacious yard with a hammock and cornhole. Are you an avid boater? Well, with the private dock, you’ll be able to tie up your boat and enjoy indirect access to the Gulf of Mexico for all your aquatic adventures (no swimming in the canal). As the tropical sun begins to set, the lanai provides you with a front row seat of the brilliant orange sky engulfing you. Inside, you’ll realize that the interior features all the comforts and colors of the beach and ocean. Boat deck-inspired tile floors, sand white and accent ocean blue walls, and stylish seaside furnishings and décor are brightened by the natural light coming through the myriad of windows. The comfy sectional couch provides you with the ideal place to enjoy shows on the television in the living room. To top it all off, the interior opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the interior and exterior at the same time. The open kitchen features an island countertop with barstool chairs and comes fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve dinner or a seaside snack on the lanai. When it’s finally time to rest after your fun in the sun, every bedroom comes with plenty of closet and drawer space. The master bedroom, in particular, features an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a glass-enclosed shower, as well as direct lanai access so that you can fall asleep to the gentle seaside breezes. The house comes with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It even comes with everything you need for a day at the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, and umbrella. The house is located near Mackle Park, one of Marco Island’s most popular family attractions. It’s filled with covered basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, tetherball, a soccer field, and for the younger kids, a splashpad and an enormous jungle gym in a pirate ship-themed playground. Inside the community center, you’ll find two billiards tables, ping-pong, and foosball tables and a large gymnastics area. There’s even a lake where you can take a scenic walk around. After a day filled with Marco Island adventures, you’ll return to the peace and quiet of your house, where the loudest sound is the tapping of glasses as you toast your perfect day.
