The open-concept main level provides a full kitchen with beautiful natural wood cabinetry, granite countertops with plenty of counter space to prepare meals, Keurig coffee maker (please bring your own pods), stainless appliances and bar seating for 3. The dining area table seats an additional 6 guests with a full wall of double patio doors to light the sunshine in.
The main living area on this level offers wood laminate throughout, a ceiling fan and a new (2021) 43" smart flat-screen TV. Smart TV offers guests the ability to log in to personal Netflix, Hulu and other streaming platforms. Cable, internet and Wi-Fi are provided by Comast Xfinity. A full-size washer and dryer are available on this main level as well.
The primary bedroom is located on the main living floor and has a queen bed (sleeps 2), ceiling fan, television and large primary bath. An additional 3 bedrooms and the second living area or "game room" are located on the upper level with upper-level deck access from two of the bedrooms and from the game room. The second primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath with a shower, ceiling fan, flat-screen Smart TV and deck access. The third bedroom also has a queen bed, while the 4th bedroom has a queen plus a set of twin bunk beds. A jack-and-jill bath separates the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, and the game room also has a full futon (sleeps 2).
Jamaica Beach Texas is one of the most popular beaches and sought-after neighborhoods when it comes to vacation rentals – what it lacks in size, it makes up for action during the summer months, holidays and event weekends! Jamaica Beach is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Seawall (8 miles), and but not too far away from most of the island attractions (10 miles from 61st Street).
Jamaica Beach also has its own community pool* and private marina and boat ramp, Regatta Basin,* a community pavilion* and a playground.

This home is pet-friendly - two dogs, up to 30 pounds may be considered. All pets must be registered, and pet fee must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs.

Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune.
Although this home is perfect for multi-family vacations, family reunions, retreats and company outings, this home is not available for any type of large party with guests not listed on the reservation. All guests and daytime visitors must be registered on the Guest Registration, and the total occupancy may never be over 20 at any time. Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home. Jamaica Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, Jamaica Beach City Police and our security patrol organization GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers). Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide s valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
