ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass (Only 1 per Condo March through Sept) and wristbands. The cost of the parking pass is $30 and the wristbands are $6 each + tax. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 4 guests INCLUDING children and infant. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fine and ejection.
