This warm and inviting unit is located on the main floor with easy access to the sauna, swimming pool, hot tubs and parking. This cozy condo comfortably accommodates a maximum of six guests and offers plenty of space for your entire party to stretch out and relax. To top it off the horizon is dominated by a 180-degree view of snow-capped mountains! **Professionally cleaned and pleased to offer contactless check-in!The kitchen adjoins the dining area and offers the same tremendous views while you prepare breakfast or pack a lunch for the days outing. It is well stocked with appliances and almost anything you could need to prepare a delicious feast. You will find all the cooking utensils, pots and pans as well as paper goods and spices. The dining space opens to the kitchen and living area and can seat six comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen bar.The spacious patio is located just off the kitchen and is fitted with chairs and gas barbecue. This is a great space to lounge, breathe in fresh mountain air and grill up a feast. Our focus is to provide every comfort for your stay. This home is stocked with high-quality linens, towels, as well as comfortable beds and furniture. The master bedroom is fully equipped with a king bed, TV and en-suite bathroom fully upgraded with a tile and glass shower. The guest bedroom is situated with two twin beds and TV. The full guest bath and shower is separate from the sink and vanity for a little extra privacy, and there is storage space throughout the condo with multiple closets as well as several cabinets and dressers. There is also full-sized washer/dryer for added convenience. Adding to the coziness and warmth, you will also find a gas fireplace insert providing the sought-after mountain ambiance without the work of building a fire. The living space is fitted with flat panel TV and queen sleeper sofa, the ideal place to congregate to watch a game, relax and drink some cocoa.Take advantage of the pedestrian bridge located at the end of the Sunvail community, leave your vehicle parked and walk to the resort! House Rules

  • Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from this Property Manager.. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. We are SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
