Everything has been updated including the kitchen, baths, windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, heat and air conditioning. This is more than just a beautiful home - it is a well-planned paradise in the sun that captures the easy, relaxed Southern California vibe. THE LOCATION San Lucas Hideout is tucked away on a quiet residential street in the Tahquitz River Estates Neighborhood. Take a leisurely stroll to the South Palm Springs Business District. This really is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything. THE LAYOUT This bright and fun desert property has been space planned for holiday hanging with your entire group as well as private moments alone for curling up with a good book or just enjoying some quiet downtime. The spacious living room has a 55” flat screen TV for binge watching your favorite shows. There is interior dining and a new kitchen with gleaming quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. THE SLEEPING QUARTERS All of the bedrooms have been designed for rest and relaxation. Perfect for sleeping as well as slipping away from the rest of the group. All have been appointed with flat screen televisions, ample storage and comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and direct pool access. The two queen guest rooms share a bath. The layout of the sleeping quarters really works well. THE OUTDOOR SPACES The completely walled back yard was designed with recreation in mind….play horse shoes, badminton and ladder ball. The inground saltwater pool has an integrated spa and tanning shelf. It also has six pool-side chaises. The covered outdoor living pavilion offers plenty of lounging area, al fresco dining for six, and a gas barbecue. The entire property has been landscaped in natural desert fashion and offers both sundrenched and shaded areas. Perfect for poolside afternoons, dining al fresco and long evenings under the stars. Be sure to leave time for a late night spa or cozy around the fire pit beneath the magical desert skies. Pool Heating is included in the rental cost, for bookings that are less than 29 nights, from October 15th through April 30th. From May 1st through October 14th, pool heating can be purchased for an additional $50/day. ADVANCE RESERVATIONS STRONGLY ADVISED This vacation home is well-suited for extended weekends, week and month long stays, and as a seasonal rental. The property is perfect for families, small groups, two to three couples, girls’ weekends, guys’ getaways, and reunions with dear friends. Advanced bookings strongly recommended. Optional Concierge Services: Poolside massage, private chef, pre-arrival grocery stocking, daily or mid-stay maid service can all be arranged with three week advance notice.

  • The guest booking the property (“you”) must be at least 25 years of age and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. You will be responsible for the behavior of all other persons at the home at all times during your stay. This is not a complete statement of all rules, regulations and laws applicable to the stay. Following reservation, you and other occupants may be required to execute additional agreements, waivers and acknowledgments, and must comply with the terms of service, homeowners association rules or local laws or regulations. Occupancy stated above is “maximum permitted.” Occupancy, noise and parking requirements are strictly enforced. Violation may result in immediate eviction and/or citation by the city. The City gives no warnings prior to citation. You will be charged a minimum service fee of $500 plus the cost of any City citation. Excessive noise is noise heard at and beyond the property line. No outdoor music is allowed. You are advised and acknowledge that we use “NoiseAware” devices in every property to alert us to excessive noise. **Pets only in pet-friendly homes with an additional non-refundable fee and pet agreement. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fee. **Smoking is prohibited regardless of device or substance. Smoke odor inside the home or any other damage caused by smoking will be handled as intentional damage with a $1,500 fee for remediation. *Pools and spas increase the risk for potential injury or death and you accept such risk. **Private homes are not regulated for accessibility standards. **Furnishings and amenities vary from home to home and are subject to change without notice. Information provided for individual listings is believed to be accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Each property will be cleaned and inspected before and after departure. Please leave the property tidy, run the dishwasher and take out the trash. You will be billed for the cost of necessary extra cleaning. Your reservation includes a Damage Waiver covering certain unintentional damages to the property during your stay, PROVIDED that you disclose the damage to management prior to check-out and coverage limited to $2,000. Damages discovered following check-out and intentional damages are not covered.
