Each of our apartments has their own unique layout and decor. Pictures above are a sampling of Kasa’s studio units at this property, but they may not show the exact unit or floor you receive. Floor plans, furniture, design, and artwork may differ slightly, and our units span 500-525 square feet. Your apartment may look different from the sample photos but will be just as stylish and comfortable!

You have access to your own stylish apartment in Plano, TX. In addition, you can work out at one of the two fitness centers, swim in one of the three pools, watch TV in the community room, take your dog for a walk at the pet park, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

This area is surrounded by shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The Shops at Legacy are within walking distance from your apartment, and so is Bishop Park. In addition, Hawaiian Falls Waterpark is only about a 10 minute drive from the property, as is Arbor Hills Nature Preserve.
It only takes 30 minutes to get to the airport and 25 to get to downtown Dallas by car while Frisco is a mere 15 minutes away. There are also multiple bus stops just off the property.
There may be construction projects in progress at, or near, this property. This may result in additional background noise at your Kasa during daytime hours.
