Escape by the Sea, recently renovated with updates galore! This home is located on the bayside of Sea Isle, but has a beautiful beach view! The property access is off the main road and guests will enjoy an up-to-date property that has everything that makes a vacation rental home! The home has a very long driveway that can accommodate up to 4 or 5 cars.
The home was recently repainted outside to a beautiful blue, deck has been upgraded, interior staircase to the home from ground level. Guests will enter through the side door and upstairs to the open concept double living area, dining and kitchen. The living area features an enclosed den with a full, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. This area has two sleeper sofas (both queen-size). The main living area has a large Smart Television and wifi for the convenience of our guests. The beautifully updated kitchen features a large sub-zero refrigerator and full-size sub-zero freeezer - more than enough cooling space for all the groceries. The lighted kitchen cabinetry and updated appliances make this a chef's dream kitchen - fully outfitted for anything and everything that guests will prepare.
Sleeping accommodations are as follows. The primary bedroom features a king bed (sleeps 2) and en suite bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed (sleeps 2) and the third bedroom has a set of twin-size bunks (sleeps 2).
COMMUNITY OF SEA ISLE
Sea Isle is a family-friendly neighborhood, located on Galveston's West End and offers a public beach, community swimming pool, marina, bait shop, fishing, playground, tennis courts, a convenience store, restaurant and bar. (Please review your home's listing or contact Ryson with any questions regarding specific community amenity access.) Sea Isle is highly sought after by families who love to fish and cruise the island in golf carts. If you have your own golf cart, be sure to bring it. You'll be glad you did! If not, Ryson's in-house Gulf Coast Concierge service would love to help you arrange a golf cart rental for your stay in Sea Isle.
Pool passes are $100 per reservation and must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA Monday – Friday until 5 pm only. Pool passes are not sold after hours or weekends. Please call the Sea Isle HOA to reserve your pool pass in advance.
