The Dawn 834-Desi's at the Dawn is a large two bedroom and two full bath condominium that is located on the third floor near with a view of the swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico from the living/dining and patio areas. Walk in to the open concept living/dining room large and roomy for both short and long term vacations to the beach. Guests may enjoy the Gulf facing patio from both the living area and the primary bedroom areas. The living area features a large, flat screen television, high speed internet, cable television and large, comfortable furniture. . The fully equipped kitchen includes large refrigerator with ice maker, full electric oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and full size washer/dryer for your convenience. All of the dishes, utensils and cooking implements needed are supplied in this property. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and large flat screen television. This is a private balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and has a view to the Gulf. The primary bathroom features a separate soaking tub and walk in shower - larger than most - guests will be comfortable in Desi's at The Dawn for both short term and monthly (off season) reservations. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and television. The full second bath features step in shower (no tub). The property also features two twin roll-away beds that are stowed in the closed - convenient to use wherever you like.

The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, The Dawn Condominiums can't be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds. The Dawn Condominiums feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking.
All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, and front-facing units offer unobstructed Gulf views! Walk to shopping, restaurants, ice cream, fishing and the beach. Guests could easily park their vehicle upon arrival and never drive again until check-out. The Dawn is walking distance to Walmart, McDonald's, Pit Stop BBQ, Papa John's, Jimmy John's, Sonic, Golden Corral, Happy Buddha, Waffle House, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Frios Gourmet Pops & Island Froyo, Rita's Italian Ice, Seawall Souvenirs, Valero Corner Store, Babe's Beach and the world's longest continuous sidewalk, Seawall Boulevard.
Babe's Beach, complete with lifeguards and chair and umbrella rentals, is directly across the street from The Dawn! Babe's Beach is named after A.R. “Babe” Schwartz. As a state senator, Babe championed open beaches and environmental stewardship.
For those who love saltwater fishing, head over to the longest fishing pier in Texas, Galveston Fishing Pier – open 24 hours a day. All reservations at The Dawn Condominiums require a $35 parking fee per vehicle (two max). The Dawn does not allow boats, RV's or trailers to be parked on-premises. The Dawn requires this fee be paid directly to The Dawn HOA at their front office upon arrival.
When registering at The Dawn guests will receive their pool/gym bands (up to 6 for a one-bedroom and up to 8 for a two-bedroom) and access codes for parking gates, walk-through gates and for the fitness center. Pool/gym bands should be returned to The Dawn prior to departure.
Guests with limited mobility should consider parking and possible stairs to access unit, as The Dawn does not have elevators. A Ryson Vacation Planner would be happy to go over the location and access of specific units.
