Welcome to the Urban Galley Front Unit offering three spacious bedrooms, one of which is the master bathroom en-suite and a secondary guest bathroom located in the front of the property with it's urban gallery feel. Be welcomed by the high ceilings boasting rustic charm and one of kind artwork throughout the home! The open concept kitchen overlooks the dining room which offers ample seating for the family. Be greeted by the spacious bedrooms and mural artwork in the bunk room! Be ready to come and relax with us and be sure to connect with our team of dedicated concierge who can assist you with booking your tours, grocery services, golf packages and more! Enjoy the fun and creative details this front units shares in the courtyard area such as the hot tub, fire pit, Bocce ball court, two corn hole sets, plus an outdoor shower! Come prepared to cookout on our propane BBQ grill and don't worry as we supply the propane and BBQ tools! Relax and unwind under the covered patio area that offers a great dining area, too. When renting the front property you will have access to two, gated parking spots. Any overflow parking will be located on the street. Must be 25 or older to rent and renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with hot tub equipment to ensure no damage and the hot tub will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night! Interaction with Guests: We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home! The Neighborhood: Our neighbors are our friends!
