TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MINDFLEXIBLE CANCELLATION: Here at SkyRun, we know this is a strange time filled with uncertainty. This is why we are offering a flexible change and cancellation policy. CLEANING: SkyRun is performing rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant. SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: While private hot tubs remain open, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. Only a few shared pool/hot tub areas are open. Enjoy sweeping views of the slopes and Snake River from the PRIVATE in-room hot tub and private sauna! The hot tub room boasts amazing views of Keystone and allows for ultimate privacy and relaxation while winding down after a long day on the mountain. This 2 bedroom is an amazing 1,750 sq ft. over 2x as large as most River Run 2br condos. In many of these condos, the master bedroom has been converted to 2 small bedrooms just to get another bedroom for rentals, but in this one, the master suite with mountain views and a king bed has been left for you to enjoy. Using all available extra bedding, this condo sleeps 9 on 3 beds and 2 sleeper sofas. The master bedroom features a king sized bed while the guest bedroom features a queen sized bed as well as a double. The master has its own en-suite bathroom and has direct access into the hot tub room. Guests staying in the guest bedroom will enjoy easy access to the bathroom in the hall. The living room is spacious and features 2 sleeper sofas providing sleeping space for up to 4 additional people. You will also enjoy the sound system and game table located in the large living area, situated right next to the window overlooking the slopes. There is a real wood-burning fireplace in the unit which adds to the authentic mountain feel of the home. There is plenty of seating in the living area so the whole family can spend time relaxing together or watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. In the newly re-modeled kitchen (summer 2018), you will be pleased to find everything you would need to cook a delicious meal and plenty of counter space. Cinnamon Ridge is centrally located, just across the street from our check-in center and only a short walk to the Mountain House base area. There is also a shuttle that will pick you up every 15 minutes if you're wanting to venture over to River Run or anywhere else in Keystone. The stop is on the outer corner of the parking lot for Cinnamon Ridge.   • Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from this Property Manager.. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. We are SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests. Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
